Gangeshwar Mahadev Temple is a Hindu temple located in the village of Fadum, 3 kilometers from the city of Diu in the Indian state of Gujarat. It can be known by the name of this temple that this temple is completely dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is believed that the Shiva Linga enshrined in this temple dates back to the Mahabharata period and was made by the Pandavas. This temple has five Shiva lingas so this temple is also known for five Shiva lingas. The name of this temple comes in the ancient Shiva temples of Gujarat. The Shiva Linga installed in this temple is about 5000 years old. This temple is also known as 'Seashore Temple' because Shiva Linga is situated on the seashore. These Shiva lingas submerge in sea water when the tide comes in the sea.

Gangeshwar is a name of Lord Shiva, which was found when he wore Ganga Mata in his jata.
