1 cup sago
(Peeled and lightly roasted and ground) 1/2 cup peanuts
2 tablespoons Ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
3-4 whole red chillies:
A sprig curry leaf
2 tsp rock salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tsp green chillies, sliced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1. Clean the soap with water and soak it in water for one hour. Keep in mind that water should be three centimeters above the sago. Sieve in a sieve.
2. Spread and leave on a thick cloth for one hour. The water should drain completely from the sago, otherwise the sago will start sticking while preparing.
3.Now mix sago, groundnut, salt and chili powder together. Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin, red chilli and curry leaves to it.
4. When the chillies turn light colored, add sago to it. Cook on low heat. After cooking for a while, take it off the flame.
5. Add lemon juice from above and mix. Use green coriander and green chillies for garnishing. Serve.
