1 cup all purpose flour,
½ cup wheat flour,
1 cup good, 4-6

First of all, cook the gram lentils in the cooker for 3-4 whistles and keep them out to cool. After that, knead the wheat and flour in hot water and keep aside. Heat the oil in a pan and mix the cooked chana dal and gud and stir well and prepare a thick paste and keep it cool. Take a hot griddle and spread a dough of flour on it and fill it with lentil mixture. Roll the dough like a roti and roast it well on both the sides. When the bread sinks, then keep it in an air tight container. Pooran Poli can be relaxed for 4 to 5 days. While serving it, apply ghee.
