The "Navagraha Stotra" is a sacred hymn or prayer dedicated to the Navagrahas, which are the nine celestial bodies or planets in Vedic astrology. These celestial bodies include the Sun (Surya), Moon (Chandra), Mars (Mangala), Mercury (Budha), Jupiter (Guru), Venus (Shukra), Saturn (Shani), the North Lunar Node (Rahu), and the South Lunar Node (Ketu). In Hinduism, it is believed that these planets influence human life and destiny, and their positions at the time of a person's birth can have significant astrological implications.

The Navagraha Stotra is recited by devotees to seek the blessings and protection of the Navagrahas. This stotra typically consists of verses or chants dedicated to each of the nine planets, praising their divine qualities and seeking their favorable influence. Devotees recite this stotra with devotion to mitigate the negative effects of malefic planets and enhance the positive influence of benefic planets.

The specific content of the Navagraha Stotra can vary, but it generally includes invocations to each of the Navagrahas, highlighting their significance and powers. Devotees recite this stotra as part of their daily prayers or during specific astrologically significant times. It is believed that by reciting the Navagraha Stotra with sincerity and faith, individuals can appease these celestial bodies, alleviate astrological troubles, and promote their overall well-being.

This stotra serves as a means to seek the blessings and guidance of the Navagrahas and to mitigate any negative planetary influences that may affect a person's life. It is an essential part of Hindu astrology and spirituality, aiding devotees in leading a more harmonious and prosperous life.
