karacaraṇa kṛtaṃ vākkāyajaṃ karmajaṃ vā |
śravaṇanayanajaṃ vā mānasaṃ vāparādhaṃ |
vihitamavihitaṃ vā sarvametatkṣamasva |
jaya jaya karuṇābdhe śrīmahādeva śambho ||
Meaning: Whatever wrong I have committed with my hands and feet, through speech, through actions, through hearing, through sight, or through the mind, whether intentionally or unintentionally - forgive me for all of that. Victory, victory to the ocean of compassion, Lord Shiva, the benevolent, the auspicious.

śravaṇanayanajaṃ vā mānasaṃ vāparādhaṃ: Whatever wrongs I have committed through hearing, seeing, and even those that have arisen from my thoughts,
vihitamavihitaṃ vā sarvametatkṣamasva: Whether done knowingly or unknowingly, please forgive all of it,
jaya jaya karuṇābdhe śrīmahādeva śambho: Victory, victory to you, the ocean of compassion, the auspicious Lord Mahadeva (Shiva).
This shloka humbly seeks forgiveness from Lord Shiva for any wrongdoings or mistakes, whether they were committed intentionally or unintentionally, through actions, speech, hearing, sight, or even thoughts. It acknowledges Lord Shiva's infinite compassion and asks for His blessings and grace.
