The meaning of Om Namo Bhagwate Vasudevaya Dhanvantarye mantra is:
“O Lord Vasudeva, Dhanvantari, I worship you, who carries the nectar in the pot.
Salutations to you, Mahavishnu, the destroyer of all diseases, the Lord of the Trailokya (three worlds).
This mantra praises Lord Dhanvantari and Lord Vishnu. In this, nectar is kept in the Kalash, which is used as a prayer to destroy all diseases and to Mahavishnu as the lord of Trailokya (three worlds).
