Shri Shiva Shakti Mandir is a Hindu temple which is dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Durga. This temple is located in Kilkori Ring Road, New Delhi. Sri Shiva Shakti Mandir was founded by Shri Durga Charananaragi Sant Baba Nagpal ji in 1978. Who died in 1998. This temple managed by Shri Adya Katyayani Shaktipeeth Mandir Trust, Chattarpur, New Delhi.
This temple is built in the style of the South and North Indian temple architecture. The temple is completely constructed with marble; the temple complex is spread over about 4 acres and is divided into several small and big temples. The statue of Shri Ram Darbar, Shri Ganesh ji and mother Katyani ji is established; this is the largest and grandest place in this temple which is called the welcome hall of the temple complex. On the left side of the welcome hall there is a temple of Lord Hanuman and Lord Bhairon. After this, Sri Shiva Darbar Temple is located. On the temple of Shiva there is a great idol of lord Shiva's bronze, which makes this temple special. This temple has a Manokamana tree where devotees come to fulfill their wishes. There is also a temple of Lord Shani Dev in this complex where devotees of every Saturday come to visit a large number.
Religious, cultural, educational and social rituals are also organized in Shiv Shakti Mandir. All the festivals are celebrated in the Shiva Shakti Mandir, especially in the festival of Shivratri, Durga Puja and Navaratri, special pooja is organized. On this day, the temple is decorated with flowers and lights. The temple's spiritual environment give peace of mind and heart to the devotees.
