

śhaknotīhaiva yaḥ soḍhuṁ prāk śharīra-vimokṣhaṇāt
kāma-krodhodbhavaṁ vegaṁ sa yuktaḥ sa sukhī naraḥ
Meaning: Those persons are yogis, who before giving up the body are able to check the forces of desire and anger; and they alone are happy.
