uddhared ātmanātmānaṁ nātmānam avasādayet
ātmaiva hyātmano bandhur ātmaiva ripur ātmanaḥ ॥5॥
Meaning - Elevate yourself through the power of your mind, and not degrade yourself, for the mind can be the friend and also the enemy of the self.
