This verse is from the Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 6, Verse 24. It is written in Sanskrit and translates to English as follows:
saṅkalpa-prabhavān kāmāns tyaktvā sarvān aśheṣhataḥ
manasaivendriya-grāmaṁ viniyamya samantataḥ || 24 ||
“Relinquishing all desires arising from Sankalpas and desires, control all senses by the mind in every direction.”
In this verse, Lord Krishna highlights a very important element of yoga sadhana, which is called “control of senses and desires.” The Lord says that the desires and Sankalpas arising from our mind are the root cause of suffering in life. Relinquishing these desires completely is the first step towards yoga.

Kaman: desires (material desires).
Tyaktvā: renouncing, excluding.
Sarvaṇ: all.
Aśeṣatā: completely, without any residue.

Indriyagramam: the group of senses (all senses).
